Wiffle Golf Events Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wiffle Golf Events' website and services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using our website or booking an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Event Bookings

• Reservations: To book an event with Wiffle Golf Events, you must provide accurate contact and payment information. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payments: Payments for events must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment details will be securely processed, and by providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the provided method for the agreed amount. Credit/Debit Card Payments are subject to 4% transaction fee.
  

• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund (excluding any transaction fees or products purchased that may have already been created by Wiffle Golf Events for the event). Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 25% percentage cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• Event Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 7 days prior. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Use of the Website

• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or servers.

• Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wiffle Golf Events or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

4. Liability

• Event Liability: Wiffle Golf Events is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or in connection with any event, except where such injury, loss, or damage is a result of our gross negligence.

• Website Liability: We do not guarantee that our website will be free from errors or interruptions. Wiffle Golf Events will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our site or the inability to access it.

5. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiffle Golf Events, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County.
